🟠 Netcore events aren't showing up

Possible causes:

• The site loads the Smartech SDK via Google Tag Manager (GTM). The SDK detection may run before GTM fires — but events will still be captured as soon as they fire.
• Make sure the NC toggle is enabled in the extension popup.
• Try reloading the page with the extension popup open.

🔵 GA4 events aren't showing up

Possible causes:

• GA4 sends events to analytics.google.com/g/collect. Make sure the site is actually using GA4 (not Universal Analytics).
• Make sure the GA4 toggle is enabled.
• Some ad blockers or browser settings can block GA4 requests before the extension sees them.
